Membership
Church membership means so much more than putting pen to paper. When you apply to become a member of the Williams Lake Alliance Church, you are committing yourself to developing a deeper level of spiritual maturity and to serve God to the best of your ability. By becoming a member, you automatically inherit a wide family of Christ followers who will come alongside you and help you explore your faith, face your challenges and grow closer to God, yourself and others.
Membership form
If you would like to become a member of the Williams Lake Alliance Church, we would first like to you fill out a membership form. These forms are available at our worship services and will soon be available to download from our website. Please check back soon.
Membership at Williams Lake Alliance Church is a 'life' commitment. We aren't interested in lip-service and neither was Jesus. What we desire of anyone that seeks to be a member is that the commit to living a deeper Christ-like life and that they live in such a way so as to inspire others to want to know God because of how they live their lives. Words are great, but a life lived in surrender to Jesus says so much more.
Becoming a member doesn't mean that we force you to attend regularly and give all your money to the church. The Bible does teach that our getting together as a body of believers is healthy for us and others and giving back to God a portion of what he has enabled us to make shows we deeply love him and this is what we hold our members accountable to.
