Who we are

There are three simple components to life at Williams Lake Alliance Church.

The first is where we learn to love God!

There is so much that we can and need to learn about Him and so we invite you to come and worship with us at a worship service held at 10:30am on Sunday Mornings at our main campus.

You'll meet old friends and make new ones, and you'll experience dynamic and heart warming worship and relevant, biblical teaching.

We choose a blended worship style that includes both traditional hymns of the faith as well as contemporary worship songs. We believe it is important to integrate both into church-family-life, teaching all ages to love and respect each other no matter their preference.

The coffee is always on throughout the service, so, come on out and make yourself at home.

The second component to life at Williams Lake Alliance Church is where spiritual growth really happens!

We believe that in order to love others we must engage in the process of loving ourselves and this requires the courageous step of letting others into your life, while trusting they will accept you as you are.

There are a number of community groups running throughout the city on different nights with a different focus and purpose than another.

These groups are run in a small group format that encourages the building and development of deeper, loving relationships.

The third component is where we put our faith into action!

This component is divided into to phases:

Phase 1: In-Reach - This aspect of servanthood is seen and developed throughout the ministries of our local church. They include ministries for Sunday Morning Worship Services and Children's Church; Mid-week Student Ministry Opportunities as well as in our Community Groups.

Phase 2: Out-Reach - This aspect of servanthood is seen and developed abroad through para-church organizations like Lake of the Trees Bible Camp and our developing relationships with sister churches in Poland and Taiwan.

As a Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Canada, we place a special focus on intentional, missional activity both here, locally and around the world.
